Introduction to Pilates Mat (30min)
This course offers the fundamentals of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning to be introduced in a slow, safe environment to ensure that each student who attends this class will gain a basic understanding of the method, and then advance into our Low Intermediate mat class.

Introduction to Ballet Blast (30min)
A cardio barre workout. This course offers the fundamentals of the barre workout to ensure proper body alignment is assessed and corrected to have success in the fast paced cardio barre workout, Ballet Blast, at our studio.

Stretch Class (30min)
If you lack flexibility and mobility in certain areas of your body, attend this class and let our experts help you gain flexibility through a series of safe exercises that you will be able to do in the studio and at home.

Adult Modern Dance (60min)
This fabulous class will be an excellent stress reducer. Spend an hour learning the basic fundamentals of modern dance movement which incorporates floor work, center work and traveling sequences. Improve your flexibility, strength, coordination and balance in this fun class, all while getting a great workout.

Ballet Blast- a cardio barre workout (60min)
Harford’s original barre class, since 2010 we have been offering this fabulous class. “Ballet based, calorie burning, thigh and bottom blasting!”… It is a class designed for those in search of a ballet fit body. Incorporating barre and center work to a variety of music; you are guaranteed to lose inches in your waste, arms, thighs and bottom. You will be moving from the time you enter until the time you leave. This is not a dance class, this is pure WORK!

Adult Ballet
For the dancer at heart. If you love to watch ballet, have danced in your childhood or never had the chance to wear ballet shoes, this class is for you! Anyone with a desire to learn pure ballet technique and reap the rewards of doing so, come try it! Get the beautiful posture you deserve.

Pilates Mat Classes (leveled Low Intermediate, Intermediate, High Intermediate and Advanced)
The method teaches the body to initiate and control all movement from the core or "powerhouse", the abdominals, buttocks, hips, lower back and inner thighs. Pilates emphasizes stretching and strengthening equally and also stresses the connection between the mind and the body. Guided by the mind's strict control, the body moves through each exercise as precisely as possible, using only the muscles the mind chooses to activate.
